1. Orders
All orders must be placed in advance to ensure availability.
-Standard cakes require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
-Custom cakes require at least 7 days notice depending on design complexity.
Orders are not confirmed until payment (full or deposit) has been received.
Sweet T Cakery reserves the right to decline orders if availability is limited.
2. Payment
Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your order.
Accepted payment methods may include:
-Bank transfer
-Credit / Debit card
-Online payment platforms
Orders will only be secured once payment has been received.
3. Order Changes
Changes to customize orders must be requested at least 5 days before the pickup or delivery date.
We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they cannot be guaranteed.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
-Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund.
-Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable due to preparation and ingredient costs.
-Deposits are non-refundable.
5. Design & Custom Cakes
Sweet T Cakery will work closely with customers to match requested designs as closely as possible.
However:
-Exact colours and designs may vary slightly.
-Handmade decorations may differ slightly from reference photos.
Sweet T Cakery reserves the right to make minor adjustments to ensure the best final product.
6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Our cakes may contain or come into contact with common allergens including:
-Milk
-Eggs
-Wheat
-Soy
-Nuts
While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Customers with severe allergies should notify us before placing an order.
7. Pickup & Delivery
If delivery is offered:
-Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
-Someone must be available at the delivery location to receive the cake.
Once the cake has been collected or delivered, Sweet T Cakery is not responsible for any damage caused afterwards.
8. Storage & Care
Cakes should be stored as instructed.
General recommendations:
-Keep refrigerated until serving (unless advised otherwise).
-Remove from fridge 30–60 minutes before serving for best flavour and texture.
Sweet T Cakery is not responsible for damage due to improper storage or handling.
9. Product Photos
We may photograph cakes for promotional or portfolio purposes on our website and social media.
If you do not wish for your cake to be photographed, please inform us when placing your order.
